Levate Solutions has completed the installation of an overhead crane system for an aerospace parts manufacturer in Devon, southwest England. The system is designed to support the heavy and precise lifting work involved in aerospace component production.

The new equipment features a Demag Cranes & Components hoist with a safe working load of 4,000 kg. The system was designed around the available space at the facility and to provide reliable lifting at specific locations required for high-precision operations.

Levate engineers were engaged throughout the project, from installation to final commissioning, to ensure that the system fulfilled the manufacturer’s specifications. The company supplies overhead lifting equipment for various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, foundries, and general manufacturing.
