Logistics company Nissin has leased a large warehouse space of around 3.85 lakh square feet near Gurugram as part of its expansion plans in India’s growing warehousing and supply chain sector. The company will reportedly pay a monthly rent of nearly ₹65 lakh for the facility, reflecting strong demand for modern logistics infrastructure in the region.
The warehouse is strategically located near major transport and industrial corridors, offering improved connectivity for storage and distribution operations. Industry experts say the move highlights increasing investments by logistics and e-commerce companies in large-scale warehousing facilities to support faster deliveries and efficient inventory management.
India’s warehousing sector has grown quickly in recent years as industrial activity rises, retail expands, and demand for organised logistics increases. Many companies are investing in high-quality warehouse spaces near major cities to build stronger supply chains and work more efficiently.
