JASO Commissions Overhead Crane at Papelera Zicuñaga Plant

JASO

JASO has successfully commissioned a new overhead crane at Papelera Zicuñaga’s production facility, enhancing the company’s material handling capabilities. The crane has been installed to support the safe and efficient movement of heavy paper rolls and production equipment within the plant.

The project included the supply, installation, and commissioning of the crane, which was designed to meet the operational requirements of the paper manufacturing facility. According to JASO, the new lifting system will improve workflow efficiency, increase operational reliability, and provide safer handling of materials during daily production.

This installation shows that more manufacturing industries are looking for specialised overhead crane solutions. In India, as the paper and process industries grow and automation increases, investing in modern lifting systems should help boost productivity, improve workplace safety, and make plants run more efficiently.
