Hoist has successfully manufactured, supplied, and installed two steel mobile gantry systems for a confidential client. Each gantry boasts a rated capacity of 250 kg, features a 3-metre span between the wheel centres, and has a height of 4.5 metres beneath the beam.

Both systems are fitted with Verlinde Eurochain VX electric chain hoists operating on a 230V single-phase connection. The hoists are mounted on push trolleys and controlled by a pendant, while swivel-braked, fixed castors allow the gantries to be moved around the work area.

The gantries were manufactured at Hoist’s facilities and tailored to the client’s requirements. The company handled both the fabrication of the structures and installation, providing a flexible lifting solution designed for the customer’s specific handling needs.
