Mocchetti Gino has completed the manufacture and installation of a double-beam overhead crane for a steel tubular vessels department. The crane has a lifting capacity of 6 tonnes and a span of 23 metres, designed for material handling operations requiring precise movement and safe operation.

The system is fitted with a 360-degree rotating trolley and a crossbeam with multiple attachment points, allowing the crane to be configured for different handling requirements at the site. The design was developed to address specific challenges involved in handling steel tubular vessels.

The company said the crane was engineered to provide greater adaptability and control during material handling. Mocchetti Gino designs and installs customised lifting equipment for industrial applications, working with clients to develop systems based on their specific lifting and handling needs.
