Carl Stahl has completed the installation and commissioning of six light cranes from SWF Krantechnik at a workshop using the ProfileMaster Plus ST platform. Each crane system is designed to handle loads of up to 2,000 kg, providing a lifting solution suited to the workshop’s operational requirements.
The project used two extension cranes that could reach up to 1,700 mm into nearby work areas, making it easier to move parts and components between different workspaces. Because the ceiling was low in some areas, the crane bridges were raised and adjusted to fit the building and ensure maximum hook height was achieved.
The ProfileMaster Plus ST is a modular workstation crane system designed for flexible planning, rapid assembly and future modifications. This project demonstrates how adaptable lifting systems can enhance internal material movement and optimise the use of available space, which is particularly relevant for manufacturing and industrial facilities in India.
